Delivery and Returns
All larger orders are delivered by DPD Local and smaller items by Royal Mail.
We offer 1-2 day delivery throughout the UK Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays).
All orders must be made before 3pm to qualify for Next Day Delivery.
Please note in more remote locations such as the Scottish highlands this may take longer.
If using DPD you will receive a text or email with a 1 hour delivery time slot.
These deliveries are both fully trackable.
If you are not at home when the delivery is attempted, a calling card will be left to instruct you on what to do next.
If you don’t receive your order when you expect it, please contact us.

If the item is deemed to be faulty upon arrival you will immediately be sent a new replacement product with next day delivery free of charge once you have contacted us.Please send us an email with images of the damaged product(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then send you a replacement.
All costs relating to returning items is the responsibility of the customer. Unless the wrong item is received or is received damaged.
Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item(s) must be in the original manufacturers packaging.
Please package items appropriately to prevent damage to goods during transit. If goods are damaged due to inadequate repackaging they will not be accepted.
Please do not stick postage/courier labels directly onto the box/packaging of the product as we will not be able to refund or exchange your order.
Our returns policy lasts 40 days from purchase. If 40 days have passed since the original purchase date then, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
Returns of skateboard equipment and hardware will only be accepted if they are in an un – skated condition and in original packaging.
Once a skateboard deck has been assembled and gripped it can not be returned.
All decks must be returned in a re-sellable condition.
We strongly recommend using a signed for and tracked service with Royal Mail or a Courier Service.
Please be aware, until the returned item is with us, it is still your responsibility.
With all returns, please include a completed returns form that you will find inside your parcel. Please allow up to 3 – 5 working days for your refund to be processed.
In the rare circumstance you have received an incorrect item, please email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt and do not use/wear the item you have received and we will resolve the issue.
All refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used to place the order. Credit/debit card transactions can take 3-5 working days to show up on your bank statement.
